AANZHPBA & AANZGOZA – Associate Combined Member

ASSOCIATE COMBINED MEMBER – Applies to trainees or retired HPB surgeons, and other health professionals working in the area of HPB practice. Please note, if you fall outside this group, please refer to the FULL MEMBER subscription application.

Subscriptions cover the period 1 Jan to 31 Dec. A renewal notice will be sent to members in November each year, and members whose subscriptions remain outstanding at 30 June will cease to receive membership benefits until all outstanding fees have been received.

Members of AANZGOSA are entitled to a discounted $125 Associate Membership for AANZHPBA.
